DJ Services
I guess you could say I’m a bit of a veteran of the sport, spinning for 23 years now… Wow….That’s a long time!
I’ve spent countless hours and been initiated with many genres throughout my career including; Disco, house, funk, soul, drum and bass, breaks, reggae, and dancehall. During my late 20s in New Zealand, I was on rotation at some of Auckland’s most flash night spots sharing the urban side of Funk, Neo-Soul, hip-hop, and house.
In 2009 I launched a DJ duo project called PLAY DJS with DJ C:SHE where we got to play some huge stages back-to-back with party breaks and drum and bass.
Ever since going deep into Yoga, awakening, and shamanic arts, world fusion, and traditional sounds took center stage. I was inspired by their organic nature and how these sounds felt in my body.
Due to my 10-year innings working in the music industry I ‘get’ the tiny nuances that support music to lift and accentuate a room, hence creating magic in the space. Also, with sound knowledge of production, I’m able to manage sound equipment efficiently and professionally.
Whether it’s warming up the crowd with a quality down-tempo set or holding down a peak-time dance floor, it’s safe to say I’m a versatile DJ who’s seen a lot, has immersed myself in many sub-cultures to have a wide scope of music and its power.

Ecstatic Dance Experiences
I remember when I thought dancing was sidestepping while head-nodding in a nightclub with a drink in my hand...
I remember those feelings of self-consciousness and weirdness when other people could dance better than me... Sort of looking at them, without looking... I felt shy to let myself go.
There was also a time when friends I had used to make fun of the way ‘hippies’ danced... And mock them at festivals - I was never onboard as I knew they were onto something and watched with a sort of admiration for their freedom of expression.
Then I got initiated…
It was during my yoga journey that I started to liberate my body again in new ways, to remember and inner-stand the concept of ‘embodiment’ which basically means to anchor into the wisdom of the body temple - and letting go of the structures and conditioning of the mind...
I was always a DJ, so I knew music, yet I grew up a hippie (lol hippie roots) so it wasn’t a matter of learning it was a matter of ‘remembering’. The rhythm and flow come easily...
These embodiment journeys into movement and dance became deeply healing and immensely awakening.
Each time I go into a dance portal, it’s a permission slip from the divine to Let The Fuck Go and drop into a river of ecstatic bliss.
AND THIS IS IT….
ECSTATIC DANCE is here to stay. It’s taken the world by storm.
NO LONGER do we have to tank up on Alcohol and Chemicals to get on the dance floor.
DANCING for Peace, Love, Connection, Healing, Liberation, and FREEDOM is available for Every-Body. A place to empty out, and RE-MEMBER our bodies back into coherence with our whole system.
Ecstatic Dance Does not have to be serious, it can also be wild, sexy and pumping, and the best thing is everyone is SOBER.
A liberated dance is one that comes from deep within the innate knowing of the body’s intelligence, it’s spontaneous and effortless, it’s truthful, and... Oh so Freeing…..
What I offer
An ecstatic dance container at your house or venue:
This could include; an opening circle, cacao ceremony, alter creation, lighting, sound system - the dance itself - followed by sound healing savasana and gratitude circle to close.

Ecstatic DJ for Empowered Facilitators
I am offering an 'Ecstatic DJ' module for participants to build confidence and create a more lasting impact with music. Drawing from my 23-year career as a DJ and facilitator, as well as many years behind the scenes in the music industry, I will be supporting you in the technical and emotive mastery of holding space musically.
Subjects covered will be:
Playlisting 101
Discovering, storing, and managing your music
Introduction to selecting and weaving your sets with more divine power and flow
Sound systems, EQ-ing your room, microphone technical and manner, and equipment needed for kick-ass events
You will need a laptop computer and data storage to participate in this workshop
Know your software; Traktor, Serato and Rekordbox all welcome!
